Just recently, Leonteq, a fintech firm had expanded its services within its homeland, Switzerland. The reason behind the expansion of the company was the high demand and business growth it was able to witness. However, the firm has not limited itself to just its homeland as it has recently announced the expansion of its services again.
This time, the firm has announced that it is in the process of expanding its service network to other countries within the European continent. Leonteq has recently announced that it is now planning to bring the cryptocurrency asset exposure to its investors based in two major European countries.
According to reports, Leonteq is planning to expand its services in Austria and Germany respectively. The firm has announced that in order to expand its services, it needed the support of an entity based in either of the countries.
This is the reason why it has acquired the support of a leading securities trading bank known as ICF Bank. With the support and backing of the ICF Bank, Leonteq would proceed with its cryptocurrency service expansion in particular countries.
For now, the firm is aiming to launch its services in these two countries but it does not plan on keeping them limited to just a couple of countries. Instead, Leonteq is going to go for an all-out expansion of its services throughout the European continent.
Ever since its launch in Switzerland, the firm has earned itself a tremendous amount of accolades in the country. The firm has gained a tremendous following due to its involvement in the Bitcoin (BTC) project. Over time, the firm has continued increasing its exposure for Bitcoin and altcoins, which has brought even more success and adoption rates to the platform.
Prior to acquiring the support and help of the ICF Bank, Leonteq had already worked with the banking giant from Germany on a number of projects. However, both banking firms have now joined forces in order to expand services provided by Leonteq, all over Germany and Austria.
Leonteq has revealed that with their partnership, they are not only aiming to provide traditional asset services to their users but introduce many new services for their users. Leonteq is also aiming to launch new assets based on cryptocurrencies such as XRP, AAVE, ADA, ETH, and BTC, among others.
Leonteq has confirmed that it has already readied tracking certificates for each asset they are aiming to introduce in the market. According to the firm, the users can use the Borse Frankfurt Zertifikate AG for their respective digital assets.
The firm has announced that once it has fully made its services operational in Switzerland, Austria, and Germany, it would be the largest crypto-offering firm in the DACH region.
